How to purchase a Be Lenka gift voucher?
- Choose the value of the gift voucher you wish to buy.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to gift it to.
- Enter the person's First & Last name
- Add the gift voucher to the shopping cart
- Continue to the checkout section and complete the order.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
We will send a PDF version of the gift certificate to the recipient's email address showing the following details:
- Value of the voucher
- Unique gift voucher discount code
- First & Last name of the recipient
- Validity of the discount code (1 year)
Note: If you do not wish to provide the recipient's email address, you can get it sent to you and forward the PDF gift certificate.
How to redeem a Be Lenka gift voucher?
- Apply the gift voucher code, at the checkout stage of the order, on our website.
- The order value will be reduced by voucher code value.
- Proceed to pay for the difference and place the order.
- If the gift voucher value completely covers the order value, you can place the order without paying.
Please note: The gift card can be purchased with an optional amount starting from 25 EUR. It is valid for 12 months. After the purchase, you (or the gift card recipient, according to the mentioned e-mail) will receive an e-mail with a unique code and a PDF version of the gift card. The gift card cannot be renewed after its expiration, nor refunded. It is valid exclusively in the e-shop and cannot be combined with other coupons. Only one gift card can be applied to one order. Shipping costs are not included in the gift card amount.
